My 2024 Mazda developed a slight but persistent noise that continued despite reporting it a couple of times. As my frustration grew, Justin stepped in and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He personally test-drove the vehicle and used diagnostic equipment to isolate the source of the noise. Once the issue was identified, Justin arranged a rental vehicle for us, ensured the repair was completed properly, and kept us informed throughout the process. He was professional, patient, genuinely apologetic, and made us feel like our concerns mattered. What had become a very frustrating experience was ultimately resolved in a way that left both my wife and me completely satisfied. Fantastic experience! I previously took my CX-5 for service to the dealership I bought it from in Oakville and wasn't happy with their customer service. But this was a much better experience at Mazda of Hamilton. They did an oil change and an overall check-up on my vehicle all in an hour and went the extra mile to look at a damaged plastic cover to let me know if it needed replacing. I'll definitely be going back for the rest of my service appointments there.

I recently purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 from Ashfaq Khan. I had done a lot of research on makes and models, but also on dealerships. I had heard good things about Leggatt, so felt fairly confident about buying my car here. The purchase and finance processes went really smoothly but, it's usually what happens AFTER you buy a car that tells the tale! I had an issue recently with a component of the car and I needed it fixed quickly as I was heading out of town. I went to the dealership late Saturday afternoon. The Service Department was closed, but one of the sales reps managed a quick fix to get me through the weekend. When I took it in for service on the Monday, Justin and his entire service team went all out to see that my car was fixed and that I had a loaner so I wasn't inconvenienced. Amazing service! I felt that this would be a good dealership to buy a car from, now I KNOW it was the right choice! Thanks to all the staff.
