I would like to thank Justin and Connor for making my first experience so wonderful. I initially reached out to my dealership in Mississauga and was told that they had no availability for two weeks! Yikes! I researched online and found this location. I recall wanting to bring my car in there years ago as the reviews were awful. When I spoke with Justin, I let him know that this was a first for me having someone else touch my vehicle as I had been going to my dealership for over 20 years. He made me feel welcomed and was able to squeeze me in within 48 hours I had my car back. Way to go Mazda of Hamilton!!! Very satisfied with the service you provided. You are currently #2 but one more good turn and you will definitely move up to the #1 spot :)
