I always have a positive experience whether I am booking an appointment for servicing, taking my car in for service or buying/leasing a new vehicle. I am acknowledged right away and am treated like my time matters. Both the sales and service teams are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have taken the courtesy shuttle when my car is going to be in for more than an hour or two and have always had friendly and prompt service from the driver.
