Excellent service from Mazda of Hamilton, as always! They were running a little behind schedule, but they made sure it didn’t affect my day at all. They arranged an Uber to drop me off and another one to pick me up once my car was ready, which made everything very convenient and kept me on schedule. The team was professional, helpful, and really took care of everything. This is the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend Mazda of Hamilton!

My mom recently purchased a Mazda3 hatchback. This is the first Mazda purchase in our family. My mom was treated very kindly and personally from the first moment of contact with anyone on the lot. I live in Toronto, but I work out of Stoney creek. Was driving to work one day and as I pulled into the train yard for the night shift a huge nail pierced my tire. Had to fix the problem out here as I couldn’t make it back to Toronto with the spare donut. I called Mazda Hamilton where Justin, Vivek, and the rest of the crew helped me right away and was able to get me a brand new tire the morning after. Really appreciative of their service, hospitality, and efficiency. Will definitely come back out here if any situations arise as I’m out here.

Every time I have had an appmt for oil change or other possible services, I have received good advice as to which services could be done that day, or next time, or perhaps the next year, and even some explanations shown to me in the mechanics area if safe to do so. Good experience there for the last few years.
