I always have a positive experience whether I am booking an appointment for servicing, taking my car in for service or buying/leasing a new vehicle. I am acknowledged right away and am treated like my time matters. Both the sales and service teams are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have taken the courtesy shuttle when my car is going to be in for more than an hour or two and have always had friendly and prompt service from the driver. I have been dealing with Leggat Mazda (formerly Mazda of Hamilton) for over 15 years and am on vehicle #4 and will continue to buy or lease future vehicles from Leggat Mazda. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that currently drives a Mazda or is considering one!
