I just purchased a new to me 2022 cx-5 from Dutch (sales) and Brian (sales manager). I have purchased many brand new vehicals in my days and this suv felt like I was the first one to ever drive it. I delt with many different sales people and dealerships in my month and a half long search. Many calls not returned, no one caring to stay in a specific budget (which i had) and honestly a sense of not really caring if i buy from them at all. The moment I stepped in the door at Mazad of Hamilton, Dutch introduced himself and we got right to work looking for something that fit my needs and as close to budget as we could. I left the first day with no luck but before noon the following day he called with one that just came in. They held off some others so I could get in on the weekend and it was perfect. He was professional , personable and honest. Great experience, great people and top notch work on delivering a used car that looked brand new. Even the couple little things i said i would change were done when i picked it up without me even pushing it. I highly recommend going down to see tham if your looking. Thanks guys!!!!
