This was my first time there and definitely not my last time. Connor the service adviser was a pleasure to work with also a salesman came over to help us out with the Mazda App. I will be going back to have my Mazda maintenance done there.

The car-buying process was incredibly seamless from start to finish. Shevon was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, even when we were still unsure about making a purchase. She took the time to provide us with all the information we needed and presented different options that fit our needs, helping us make an informed decision. She also ensured we fully understood everything that came with the purchase. Damen was equally great to work with, taking the time to clearly explain the warranty options and financing plans available to us. The vehicle I purchased is exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Pretty good experience purchasing a new 2026 Mazda CX-30 from Lloyd at Mazda Hamilton. Good communication and clear process. He was always available for a scheduled or drop-in visit. Easy to communicate with. So far, I am happy with my purchase after 1 week with the vehicle.

Had my oil changed at Mazda of Hamilton on Upoer James last week. They were efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They notified me of a minor recall on my vehicle and took care of it while I was there. I would recommend them to anyone wanting service on their Mazda.

My 2024 Mazda developed a slight but persistent noise that continued despite reporting it a couple of times. As my frustration grew, Justin stepped in and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He personally test-drove the vehicle and used diagnostic equipment to isolate the source of the noise. Once the issue was identified, Justin arranged a rental vehicle for us, ensured the repair was completed properly, and kept us informed throughout the process. He was professional, patient, genuinely apologetic, and made us feel like our concerns mattered. What had become a very frustrating experience was ultimately resolved in a way that left both my wife and me completely satisfied. Justin’s outstanding customer service restored our confidence and trust in Mazda. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I took my car to the dealership to fix the hood’s latch, I knew it was broken and needed to be replaced, I was very surprised they charged me $90 for a review fee on top of the cost of the fix - by the way, checking it was broken was obvious and required less than 10 seconds to verify, I asked for this fee to be waived and it wasn’t, unbelievable and not happy about it. Service otherwise was good, but I felt they abused on charging me that extra fee.
